fly fly fly...

i almost got hooked up by 2 prostitutes (they were together) today.

reasons why:
1. i took the long path after exiting the level 2 toilet in people's park centre
2. i washed my hands, and the water was freezing
3. my hands were cold, so i tucked them into my jeans pocket (not my jeans actually, but my bro's)
4. i had to wear a LARGE panasonic black polo tee
5. with my hands in my pocket, i looked flat chested.
6. i looked happy walking past their corridor (:

people's park centre is a prostitute filled place. actually i feel rather rude for calling them prostitutes. is there a nicer calling phrase to call them? the word 'prostitute' sounds so so rude, alright then i shall call then china door standers. and yes literally, they stand by the door of their 'massage parlor/hair salon/i don't know what shit kind of shop' and seduce MEN.

so imagine with me, a whole corridor full of china door standers on level 3, and some occasional (okay maybe not very occasional) c.d.s on level 2. and you have to walk past them/walk through that corridor to get to the toilet.

how frightening is that?

the c.d.s on level 3 are FEIRCE! -ROARS, GROWLS, SEDUCE-

so here's my little conversation with the 2 friendly pretty c.d.s on level 2...

c.d.s: hey, ke yi wen ne yi ge wen ti mah?
(in english: hey, may i ask you a question?)

me: -takes a step closer to them-

me: wo she ge nu de.
(in english: i'm female)

c.d.s: oh! wo yi wei ne shi nan de! -LAUGHS! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!-
dui bu qi!
(in english: oh! i thgt you were a male!) *she means BOY actually.

me: -smiles widely- ITS ALRIGHT! -walks away to the tune of happy tree friends-

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just yesterday and the day before (friday), the police raided the whole of people's park centre. i missed out on the drama on friday, cos i wasn't working on that day. it was the greatest drama ever. according to my colleague, katerine, the police raided the place, had the c.d.s handcuffed and mind you its A WHOLE DAMN LOT OF C.D.S, and even axed doors open, when those poor things refused to open the door to the shop. thinking that they'd be safe hiding in there. witnessed the walk of shame yesterday. and i really do pity them, actually, as they walked across the road show, to somewhere they were brought to.

it made me wonder, if they had been forced into the job, or if they had done it on their own free will, because they needed money for their family back in mainland, china. no doubt, its cheap literally, prices range frm $20-$40 for about 15-30mins per session, but i do pity them somehow.

this new colleague told me maybe i should befriend them, so i can do a documentary or interview with them easily next time, since i want to get into the school of film, media and sound in np. who knows i might need their help for a project or something.

WELL, we'll see. i'll probably go back up tmr, to ask her what she wanted to ask me. im curious myself.
